Pros

Decent employee benefits. Gd learning platform because u basically do every single thing here. Clean environment to work in. Decent pay.

Cons

Management sucks. Be prepared to work OT like mad here. They have SOP but no one follow it. Managers stand and decision not firm at all. Everything is urgent in this company. Everyday there are last min things to do.

There is this bunch of people who will gang up and make sure they force you to leave the company. One of the worst company ever. Maybe because this is a family run business. Promotions are given to those without substance and only know how to suck up to their bosses and report on other people. Those hardworking people they will find them a threat and indirectly force them to leave. Really toxic culture. Pity the people there.
