Pros
Managers/Admin care about staff, and keep the company very updated on business actions such as contract shifts and changes. There's always plenty of projects so I don't feel "bored" or "stuck" on one thing. The work is fast paced but rewarding. Has been a very good experience at LightFeather compared to other consulting companies I have worked for.
Cons
Nothing major, things have been smooth since starting.
