      No accommodations for neurodivergence

      Pros

      Decent pay, nice employees, good benefits.

      Cons

      Poor management, lacks training for how to interact with neurodivergent employees. I requested accommodations and instead I was given more work on top of the 10-15 hours a week of unpaid overtime I was putting in.
