      Pros

      - Very low stress level - Great work/life balance - Company is generous when it comes to travel and other surprise gifts - Great/fun peers outside of HR manager who stated that she is not "empathetic" - Great international travel opportunities - Modern office with sit stand desks - Fun in the office - Opportunities for continuous learning - President is very friendly

      Cons

      - No opportunity for growth. You have to wait for someone to leave or get fired to get a promotion (this is not good if you are trying to grow you career and titles" - Very limited time off - Male dominated - Pay lower than average - Full time employees are watched by the minute, they need to clock in and out to track their hours.

      Good values make for a good company

      Pros

      The management team actually seems to care about their crews. It is absurdly easy to talk with most of the management.

      Cons

      Occasionally, you will be asked to work a weekend or overtime on very short notice. Sometimes, progress is abysmally slow, but progress will happen.

      U.S. Subsidiary: Nice office, opportunities for international travel, flexible schedule, friendly co-workers, low-stress workload, 39 hour work week, sit-stand desks.

      Cons

      U.S. Subsidiary: Very little time off, lower-than-average pay, salaried employees must clock in and out and have hours tracked by HR, few opportunities for advancement, high turnover and poor management in certain departments, male-dominated culture.
