The senior management inculcated an admirable culture of teamwork and togetherness.

Cons

Not all colleagues were helpful when it came to aligning to the company culture of teamwork. HR has to screen their hires better to ensure they fit into the company culture of diversity and inclusiveness.

Pros

Great school. Salary Average. Opportunities to travel to other sites. Teleworking. Used to be flexible - There were no shifts and we could balance work life and personal life. Old building was located in an amazing area with great facilities. LINKBYNET was a second home.

Cons

No more the same. Management has become heartless and too money minded where the comfort of the employees has become the last thing on their list. The change in Manager in my team was extremely gruesome, gloomy and horribly discouraging as the new manager's not very skilled and professional + make bias decisions. The opportunities of traveling had been reduced. Trainings are no more given. Shifts have been introduced to exploit employees because we are cheaper as compared to France. Peanuts/Junior Salary for senior jobs. The new management is becoming worst and worst. Soon the site will be closed as many people resigning. Futile stress and pointless pressure. There is no more space for yoga in the new building. Cafeteria is too small. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I'm planning to resign.

Pros

The company is flexible and technically competent. The tech team is talented.

Cons

There's no Global vision. The company is still stuck with french speaking stakeholders. For a global perspective, there's no opportunity to develop any relationship out of the french community.
