      Good atmosphere, learning perspective

      Pros

      LINKIT really helps you grow and reach your goals. LINKIT provides the tools and the time play around with your pet projects, study for exams, and everybody is eager to help each other where needed. It is a playful company, but we do serious work. The most awesome part of LINKIT is that it is a relatively small company (so you know the faces of most of your colleagues), but with a lot of different expertises (cloud, full stack development, UX designers, Mendix, OutSystems, functional, testing). Working in multi-disciplinary teams (or just asking a question) helps you widen your horizon and you can learn from different areas of expertise.

      Cons

      The office building is sometimes a little dull... It doesnt reflect the playfulness of the company

      Pros

      Even though I just started at LINKITSYSTEMS, I can already see how supportive, approachable, and welcoming the entire team is. The onboarding communication has been friendly, the culture feels healthy and professional, and people genuinely want you to succeed. There’s a strong sense of structure and growth in the company, and it’s clear they value their employees.

      Cons

      Because I am still new, I haven’t experienced any real downsides yet. Some onboarding processes can take a bit of time to kick in, but it’s understandable for a growing, international company. Nothing negative to mention so far.
