Pros

Easy job no students to teach as Ghost school aimed at collecting money helping the student no attending classes in order for them to work illegal in this country. Dangerous game!!!!!

Cons

This place is the mafia ring of international students as well as campus education that in the period of 2 years have had a gain and growth of students from 200 to 800 but you never see them. If you want to work in a place where you can be arrested for lying to the federal government this is your place. The school is embarrassingly behind in terms of methodology & technology; we have a problem because our students just call ones a week to report their attendance and our management just mark present to all of them except if they didn't pay. So, it is no a real school. People registering here just to keep the visas and they are able to work. We have a communication manager who is in charge to call the students when we have inspection from NYSED or CEA accreditation. Each owner for each campus just pays US$200.000 to use their licensing and 30% of the tuition. All of them are part of ICN Global as well with campus education partner.

Pros

I was excited to start as a program director but after a while I decided it was better to be an ESL teacher since the business model of this school is not the most transparent.

Cons

I honestly can not think of any positive thing to say. -> Any super-motivated instructor can be demoralized to the core in a month's time!! The teaching material is no more than a traditionally structured book, and I mean NO MORE. As long as education facilities go, classrooms are no different than a nomadic tent-no projectors, no TV's, no CD players. As long as non-educational stuff goes, classes have even less facilities that a desert camp; a piece of curtain on your windows can remain a craved-for dream for an entire semester. -> Even worse, it is January 29, 2018, and salaries are delayed for 4 weeks now!! Full-time teachers step in their classroom without the tiniest bit of motivation. Fake promises about payments are being made; of course Korean teachers are exceptions!! -> Teachers are asked to choose and use a fake name in classrooms to deceive unlucky students into being lucky enough to enjoy a NATIVE teacher, no matter how good or bad the teacher's English may sound. Mindset of dishonesty and pretension is raging when it comes to classrooms and teachers office. That's total fraud, complete failure!!

Pros

Co-workers, teachers, and students are friendly and kind.

Cons

Irresponsible “administration” acts like child. They make mistakes and blame others. They lie, and everyone knows when they lie. They are paranoid, believes that no one likes them. They do not keep regular hours, but force others to schedule their breaks. They treat support staff so badly and don’t appreciate how ALL the other staff have more work to do because “administration” doesn’t take care of their own advisees, doesn’t show up to work on time, doesn’t know how to do anything. The worst part is, the “administration” thinks they are a great person but they’re terrible. So glad I quit.
