Good people working there. A lot of turn over however

They will let you go without want warning or write ups because the owners is a very emotional person.to the point even his own upper management has left to get away from him. Tons of turnover and they will look to fire people if they are too proactive.

Hello, Thanks for the feedback. Everyone in the company has weekly 1 on 1s with their direct report to review SMART goals and and issues from the previous week.
Our minimum upper management tenure as of today is 11 years.
Amazing work culture, remote working, no micro-managing, the work life balance is great, and the benefits are above and beyond. I can see myself staying with this company for years to come!
Cons
Can be short handed every now and again but the team always pulls together to get the job done.
- Poor communication processes
- Not enough employees to handle all the work.
- Technicians are constantly being hired and fired or leaving
- Need more account managers and clerical employees
