Top management is down to earth. They always treated you with respect and professionally. A positive and healthy work environment. Everyone is very cooperative. A place where you can learn a lot and grow your skills under the umbrella of your seniors.
Cons
In this world, you cannot have everything perfect and according to your taste, so learn to adjust yourself.
