Pros
The employees at LIVE are all fantastic people, the culture is very fun there (they have ping pong!). It's definitely a great place to grow if you're a little more green, you will learn A LOT. Very supportive co-workers, people help each other out.
Cons
Management lacking some cohesiveness. One manager cheered me on, trusted my opinion and intelligence, while another bullied and condescended and only saw money as the end goal, not people or retention. There is a significant turnover issue, or was at least when I was there, which makes it hard to keep a solid footing. Pay is also something lacking in the respective field.
