      Pros

      The people I work with are great! It's very inspiring to be working alongside individuals with the same go-getter attitude. The opportunities for advancement are absolutely incredible and it feels amazing to work in a place that cultivates future business leaders. I've grown more, (both professionally and personally), at this job than any other I've had. There is a great network of successful individuals who are examples of where perseverance can take you. This is a great opportunity for anyone who is a very hard worker and looks to move into management quickly.

      Cons

      Like anything else in this world, the harder you work the more you will succeed. You have to be open to growing which can be uncomfortable at first.

      Pros

      Coming out of college I was very ambitious but not really sure which direction to go with my career. LIVE has given me real time experience outside of the normal service industry jobs I had on my resume. I've been able to learn new things, be around amazing people, constantly stay challenged, as well as given chances to make mistakes and ultimately grow upward with no glass ceiling.

      Cons

      We do work hard. I put in 40 hours a week minimum and have alot of responsibility. People that don't like working or being given obligations shouldn't do this. Also, we do travel a lot to other cities for conferences and networking events so if you don't like to travel I can see how that would be a con for some people.

      Love the Growth at LIVE Solutions

      Pros

      Coming out of Texas A&M, I was really worried about where to start my career, what skills I had, what skills I needed ... it was really overwhelming. LIVE has been perfect. I've learned so much in only a few months and I've grown so much that over the holidays it was noticeable to my family. I feel more confident communicating with people, sales isn't a scary concept anymore and I've learned goal setting and other success habits.

      Cons

      It took me a week or two to get consistent. That frustrated me and I'm not sure if that is a normal or abnormal amount of time when learning to sell something.

Sales is definitely something it takes time to get consistent at, but two weeks is not too long in the scheme of things, and fundamental sales skills will serve you for the rest of your career. Sounds like you're right on track!!
