Cons
- If you get hired as a freelancer/contractual employee they will offer you a reasonable salary, but after 3 months they will offer you a permanent position, this time the offer will be so much lower, they will lowball you, but you'll get pressured to accept the offer because they easily terminate contractual employees and only those who are directly hired get the job stability. I feel like I was scammed. - PTO credits available but depending on what account you work with, if you're the only person working for that acct/client, you barely get to take your deserved leave. Employees are not allowed to be absent on Mondays and Fridays without approved leaves or medical certificate. - If somebody happens to be on leave/absent, they will request someone from another acct to be the reliever/backup person even if that person is not properly trained for that certain acct. - There are employees who are working on three to four accts all at the same time. - This might blow your mind, so unstable that I've worked with 12 different accounts over a period of no more than a year! - Pay disputes and delay in HR response - NOT pro-employee. They only care about the clients. Management will tell the clients "Yes, we can work on that." but in reality the employee assigned to the client has no prior training and experience for that role.
