Everyone was really nice, and young. The place had a good "vibe". There is potential to make money, but you will not get rich...

Cons

They lie to you about paid training. You have to make the money yourself by going door to door. Door to door sales are a major con for most people. Full comission, they don't take a risk giving you a salary, why should you take a risk MAYBE making money working for them? They make it seem awesome, and on your "second interview" they make you train, unpaid/no breaks, from 1pm-8pm...I think I know if I do or do not want to work somewhere almost immediately, they waste your whole day. They will maneuver around any salary questions because there is not one. It's a lie. Nice people, but after they wasted my whole day that I could have been looking for a real salary job with my degree...not so much...

Horrid it's a total and complete Bait and Switch

Nice people, good growth and some good music in the office

Cons

They bait and switch you. At first, it sounds like you are going to be in an office all day maybe going out to some high level person's office to grab lunch or something and it will be great. But on the second round interview which everyone gets, they take you out for an all day shadowing someone so they can show you the day to day workings. From my personal experience, I stood all day outside, in the heat with only one lunch break, giving phones out from the government to people with the right cards. That was it!!! It was door to door but in a dying strip mall that was creepy and they lie to you. You can work your way up to a desk but you still have to go out and do things like standing in a strip mall all DAY! Do not get fooled!

Don't be deceived by this company. Their entry level positions are not as good

You do not need a college degree. if you are interested in sales this is a good place to start. This is perfect for a high school student with a lot of extra time. Everyone gets the second interview.

Cons

This company makes you believe you can make a lot of money by working for them. In their ads they look for people with leadership experience, confidence, etc... to make you believe you'll hold an important position but it's not. They'll have you sell packages for Verizon. These types of companies exist all over the US and they want you to convince people to upgrade to Verizon or Direct TV. Check their BBB rating and you'll find out that they have an F for several reasons but the main one is because they did not provide enough information regarding how long they've been in business. This is because these types of companies exist for a year or two and then they change the name to get new people in.
