Gained hands-on experience in a medical clinic environment. Learned EMR systems, patient scheduling, billing, and office procedures. Worked with healthcare professionals and patients. Good opportunity to build MOA experience and strengthen administrative skills. Fast-paced environment that helps develop multitasking and organizational skills.

Cons

Salary may be lower compared to some other healthcare administrative positions. Limited salary growth opportunities (based on your observation). Some staff expressed dissatisfaction with compensation. Busy workload at times, which can be stressful.
