      My coworkers were great people.

      Cons

      Almost everything. The pay was deplorable. When. I went to management about getting a reasonable living wage he asked me to please but leave and promised me more money. He asked me to give him some time. He then actively avoided me for the next 6 weeks. I got another job making triple my pay at LMI. Let me be clear, I was an amazing employee. I was incredibly productive.

      Very vertical US organization. Lack of healthy conflict and ideas exchange that turns into a lack of commitment and disconnect of employees vs top management.
