Pros

The company itself cares for their staff with work life balance.

Cons

Politics. Uneducated women, in particular, seem to rise to management roles without any proper training and experience. Even though you do your job very well (without proper training) and work hard to get it done and what matters done, it is not enough. If you do not suck up to the right people and engage, hard work does not matter. They expect you to work 50-60 hours a week in non managemt roles because they want you to work AND engage. You MUST brown nose and put a smile on your face when you are spoken to like a child. It is difficult for them to understand different learning styles. Unprofessional managers who inform you of your colleagues salary and personal details (ie family issues) following termination of said staff. Hence, do not inform them about anything regarding your personal life. As well, do not expect a proper training session with your uneducated manager because if her close friend is in need of discussing personal issues, your training will be on hold and interrupted. Very unprofessional.

Pros

has bonus, annual party, parking lot

Cons

1. free lunch is nothing 2. CEO thinks he is Steve Jobs and he knows everything. if he ask you to do something, be prepared he will ask you why you do it because he will forget about the fact it is he told you to do so.

Pros

Starting salary - starts off high to persuade you to accept offer Tuesday lunches - hot lunches Townhall meetings - update you on company goals and how the company is doing as a whole

Cons

Raise is minimal - doesn't matter how much you work or amount of work you put in. People - if you're into high school drama and cliches - this is for you. Personally as an adult - this is the last thing I want to involved with. Within a few months of starting, I was already looking and interviewing for new jobs because it was just exhausting dealing with the drama. Resistance to change - if you're coming in thinking you can change processes or improve current systems, think again. The company as a whole is so resistance to change and set in their own ways.
