Pros

Good company to spend first 2 years as there are learning opportunities . A big name in local market. Good place to excel professionally. Some people are really excellent in their domain areas.

Cons

- Poor management. - Too much politics and leg pulling among employees. - Too many bootlickers exist in this company and they always get high appraisals and positions. - Lack of trust. Management does not trust their employees. - No moral values, based upon silly things they wont take a minute to fire you even if you have spent 15 years with them. - More you are yes-man to management, more you grow in the company. - They make sure you spend 8 hours on seat. If you go to washroom or to drink water that time will be minus from your working time. - They doesn't value their employees. - Policies are deceiving. For example, they will tell you in interview that they will submit money to EOBI on your behalf but they never does that. - Medical policy is not transparent. Like, heart stents are not covered but they will never tell you this before. - Cause you lots of problems after you put resign. They will take months to clear your dues. Apart from that HR and admin people will mistreat you once you resign. - You will never be mentally satisfied in this company.

Pros

Benefits, 5 Weeks PTO, Work Schedule, Great co-workers

Cons

Negative energy - It's pretty evident that no one is happy working here. It's hard to be motivated when you're unsure if the company will be around tomorrow. No updates about how the company is doing until after they let 50% of the office go. Not much direction provided and lack of communication from management. Little room for growth. Pay is not competitive for industry or location. Employees were suddenly left to compensate their own parking/transportation, whilst being hit with a pay cut. No sense of employee appreciation.

Pros

Very relaxed working environment. Direct communication with foreign clients. 36 annual leaves. Annual increments will be a tension, so never expect too much. Health insurance policy (hospitalization only No OPD). Old PF policy. Flexible timings. Shining cafe but only tea is free ;) EDIT: Sell your skills don't sell yourself.

Cons

When you favor your company always think company will not favor you like that. Your value will be always a tissue paper only. If you are an earning machine, they will bear you else bye bye regardless how loyal you are.
