We’ve since recognised that this wasn’t the right path for building a long-term, high-performing team — which is why we made the decision to restructure and move forward with a clean slate and new leadership. Since your departure, we’ve implemented several positive changes, including: - Flexible working hours - Remote and hybrid working options - An updated commission structure for unexperienced recruiters (the experience structure remains the same as it goes up to 30% in bandings, which we believe is competitive) - Yearly trip to Dubai to support our international growth We’re proud of the progress being made and the team we’re continuing to build.
