Pros

There aren’t any positives - I did not enjoy my experience when they took over the company I was originally hired to.

Cons

There’s too many to list.. but some include a culture of toxic positivity. I found my encounters with management and the CEO as disingenuous. If you have issues or concerns, they are minimized and management often never comes back to the table with a solution, even when promised. Expenses and mileage are not paid on time and you lose money if your role doesn’t require you to start at the office each day. No accommodations are made, you either swallow your issues and fall in line or be branded a trouble maker. During the “amalgamation” process there were many promises and portrayals that turned out to be false. When there was complaints about losing money due to LOFTs expense set up, our old company was blamed for not doing things properly. However when we brought information from CRA to the table that it was proper, it did not matter.. no accommodations would be made.

The worst finance department

Pros

Really good people are stuck here. Very very kind finance managers and analysts in the team

Cons

No training The worst senior director of finance and the current director is becoming like that Tortures employees. Very high turnover in finance. No training nothing is given but we are expected to perform. If a doubt is raised, we are directed to training documents. Micromanaging in time out time.

Pros

I don't find any Pros in this company, I wish I could be able to give them negative rating.

Cons

- Worse Head of Finance department in my 13 year of career. - Toxic environment who make you mentally sick, - They try to deduct you as much as salary they can and gave you almost 50%. - Dont choose this company if you are in Finance field.
