Pros
When compared to other companies in the same sector in Turkey, its slightly better than most. Technological infrastructure is good in some cases. Some managers are a delight to work with and motivate through support and positivity. Some developers there are very bright and intelligent people.
Cons
Some middle management employees are vision-less and have no knowledge in the domain that they're managing. Only getting placed in those positions, due to personal affiliations with upper management. They resort to deferring to whoever in that team has their back about technological decisions and mob bullying to get their jobs done. Technological infrastructure is lacking, when it comes software architecture and tools used in the development process. Some developers are afraid to take risks and do some actual development. They would just rather copy and paste from already written or open source code. Also they are very reluctant to change very poorly written code. Some team leads are egotistical maniacs thinking themselves as BDFLs.
