Where to start! The incredible uninspiring and difficult to reach location of the office would be ok to deal with if the place wasn't run in a way that would make Il Duce blush. There is no way to take responsibility and execute your job in the professional manner you'd prefer. There is 0 trust from the Managing Director towards any of her staff that she cannot emotionally manipulate (preferably into a burn-out or two). Clearly has an open adoration for hierarchical autocratic way of commanding and cannot for the life of her write a normal clear email. The level of incompetence is staggering, the complete denial of it is even worse and the total incapability of reflection quickly proved this place to be unworkable for anyone that possesses a heart and soul. There is so much gossip, lies and petty childish behaviour that the office is beyond demotivating to even sit in. The sole focus and narrow motivation leading this company is money - whichever way possible, with or without ethics or responsibility. Obviously I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to this place, no one should be exposed to this type company. It is not worth it, not even out of desperation because this place will not change - it cannot when the only problem there is, sits at the top. The salary does not weigh up against the emotionally drained feeling you go home with every single day.
