Pros
Really nice group of people who give analysts and associates the opportunity to take on more work as they prove themselves. Very friendly atmosphere and definitely would recommend to a friend.
Cons
There really were not any that stuck out too me. It is a great place to start out when you are just graduating from a university.

Pros
Great introductory experience into the Private Equity World. If you can get ahead on your quarterly workload, you can make yourself avaialble for interesting "Ad Hoc" projects.
Cons
Not the best pay or location.
