Cons
- This is the worst company I’ve ever worked for! - Terrible work culture, they don’t trust their staff, you are micromanaged and treated like a child. - Ridiculous rules, they don’t care if your trains were delayed, you will be asked to make up the time for being 1 minute late, yes, 1 minute late! - You’re not allowed to take your bag to the bathroom cause they think you’ll use your phone in the toilets - Senior management don’t care about staff at all, all they care about is making money, caused me a lot of stress working at that place
