Cons

Bully culture, you will be yelled at. There is a complete lack of trust and everyone is just looking for who will be the easiest to throw under the bus.

Sr. Project managers (Donovan) project managers have no idea how to run jobs, Didnt even have iso packages till Tim came. Cannot properly bid pipe jobs, 600 man hours for over 450 welds and pipe install.
