Pros
Never worked somewhere so supportive from top to bottom. All the senior management get to know you and check in, all have their doors open to all staff. The rest of the staff also have a fantastic team ethos. It's a company where you know you are valued and helped to develop. A place to lay down a career.
Cons
wouldn't mind being paid more, but who wouldn't?! I honestly have no genuine complaints.
