Do your research. I can't stress that enough. Conned enough to accept the job and then the lies come out.
Pros
Insurance was very reasonable for 1 person.
Cons
I hate to post negative reviews, but this company will destroy an honest person. I was promised weekends for only a short time, but then find out weekends are contingent on occupancy or need to cover for someone. I was also hired under the pretense that I was going to be working with someone and that never came to fruition. There is NO training. I repeat NO training. I was put onto a property by myself and expected to do everything. I was never told this was going to be the case. They are taking on too many properties without personnel in place and then they just hang them out to dry. they expect you to work 6 days a week. I "hear" the owner is nice, but she's in the 1980's. If you LOVE PAPER, this is the place to go. It's trial by fire. They don't even have a Policy and Procedure Manual. They throw you onto a property with no real support and expect you to do your job, with no training on their procedures or processes. After hearing what WAS supposed to be and what really was happening, I quit. I couldn't stomach one more day with no support. I was really looking forward to this new venture and working with someone I was promised I would get to work with, but it was a lie. I honestly don't know how they keep employees. And not to mention, there's so much "gray" area in how they run things. It's hard to keep it straight. There's so much more I could say about how badly they run things and how I was treated, but I think you will get the gist from what I already put. I would NOT recommend even considering working for them unless you want to be left to fend for yourself and worked ragged.
