      Not a great place to work

      Pros

      There are a lot of nice, hardworking people at LRDG. The office space is pleasant and there is a zen room. Teachers are dedicated.

      Cons

      Salaries are very low and insurance benefits not great. The product sold (online language courses for government employees) is poor quality and outdated and the only reason it still exists is probably that it has no competition. There is no R&D at all. It's not a positive place work environment, even though if you are a good sales person you might be appreciated. It's just hard to push a faulty product on people and feel good about oneself.

      Pros

      "Ultra flexible" work schedule. So flexible in fact that you may not even earn enough to pay for your cell phone bill at the end of each month.

      Cons

      High school-like, tense, atmosphere. Little to no respect for management from employees. Work like a dog and sacrifice yourself you get to keep your "job". If not, goodbye. Unstable and generally toxic.

      Nice co -employees, great location

      Cons

      management does not lead ,comes in late if they show up at all, long lunches for certain employees while others are watched like hawks.Emils can take days to be answered .Training of employees is terrible ,health plan is very limited
