Since the company joined a larger engineering group, the overall atmosphere has really improved. There’s a stronger sense of stability and support, and I’ve noticed that employees feel more recognized for their work. Benefits and vacation time have been upgraded, which makes a big difference, but what I value most is the clearer path for career growth. It depends on which department you work in, but I can say that the flexibility and care are two of the best things I have experienced at LRI. Managers and supervisors see you as human and try to accommodate. The work hours and work from home schedule is pretty flexible. the environment is friendly, and you may find the best colleague that you've ever had here.
