Good work life balance and friendly working environment. Has to opportunity to work in advanced projects especially related to automation / digitalization Flight benefit from Lufthansa is unbeatable

Average salary range compared to other market segments Travelling would be a disadvantage for people who are not interested to travel more away from Germany.
