      Pros

      Benefits are substantial, great culture and work environment. Peers are efficient and productive workers.

      Cons

      Salary compensation is lacking for the Huntsville area, but not out of the question for a smaller company.

      Pros

      This is a great company, but the salary is lower than average in my opinion. Location and market rate could definitely play a role. The team is phenomenal, but don't expect top pay here.

      Cons

      The only con would be the pay. Everything else was pretty good.
