Some of the nicest people I have ever worked with, flexible work from home, some of the partners are amazing and work very hard and have a lot of passion for people and the business.

Cons

Low pay, little growth opportunities, tells you they want to help you move towards the position you want but after 2 years of non-action, it becomes clear they don't care. During covid employees deemed not necessary were terminated or hours reduced below full-time with no health insurance and no warning. During this same time, managing partners gave lots of lip service with no tangible changes. Management has recently changed and it is apparent they don't value retaining employees or promoting employees with tenure so they leave for better jobs.
