Cons

Senior leadership failed. There was a clear lack of real managerial maturity. Employees were managed with little transparency or fairness, while being constantly sold polished narratives and endless “warm hugs.” The CEO is a unique person, but the magic faded a long time ago. It’s no longer the company it once was.

The CEO and management tell you what you want to hear. They tell you the company has values and is not like a normal tech company. Then they just fire people while boasting the company is profitable. Then the CEO says in the media that in a year or so they will have even fewer employees. Management lied to people, telling them LSports was different and special. Turns out it was just lies. The staff left are just worried they will be next.
