      Pros

      Has some areas with high potential growth. Solid benefits package, including medical and dental. Great work/life balance, particularly the PTO offered. Centrally located. Competitive pay.

      Cons

      Tough work environment because most employees have a lot of work, but not enough time to do it. Due to the poor economic environment, management was forced to cut many costs, and labor was a major one. Some employees feel a lack of respect because management openly communicates that people in India can do a better job for cheaper.

      horrible management do not care about the employees , management needs training ,what the job duties listed on the web site are not the same duties when you get hired. very miss leading , need clean break rooms
