      Free lunches and dinner daily.

      Cons

      -Was told we would be converted to full time -Laid off the biggest team in the company after crushing deadlines with no notice -2 week severance pay

      Culture of apathy

      Generally full of kind people with no malicious intent trying to build something new and interesting

      Cons

      - CEO fires all the senior and mid level leadership that speak up or disagree with him - HR sits by idly watching the company collapse; won’t force changes to drive accountability - remaining directors bicker amongst each other and provide no strategic direction for their direct reports - the company is left with only very junior personnel or interns to run the place; engineering is done on a hope and a prayer
