Unfortunately, management falls short in several critical areas. There are no regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, or staff development opportunities. With no HR department or dedicated personnel for resolving issues, there’s a lack of support. The leadership team is a close-knit group of friends, making it uncomfortable to raise concerns. Additionally, there’s a noticeable lack of willingness from management to help when employees are struggling, and they seem uninterested in addressing underlying issues within the business. The workload is extremely high, leading to frequent late nights just to keep up. This combination creates a challenging and, at times, unsupportive environment for employees.
