- Some people have a great work ethic and get the job done the RIGHT way
- Manufacturing floor personnel seem dedicated to their job and take pride in their work. They are very knowledgeable and take pride when explaining what they do

-There in no room for career advancement since the company is so small
-Management (QA and QC) have their "favorites" who can do no wrong
-QA and QC Management do not really have a clue as to the meaning of Quality
-The people that really work and care about the success of the company are OVER WORKED and STRESSED
