Luma is an amazing company to be a part of. I truly feel proud to be a part of their mission to deliver top-notch service to selective men and women who are on their search to find a meaningful relationship. We work hard and we are rewarded for what we do. Helping clients find love and supporting them along their journey is a true privilege. Luma is structured in such a way that everyone on their team is held to high standards and supported in a manner that we have a very high success rate and we are able to deliver top results to our clients.
Cons
This is not an easy job and is not a good fit for someone who does not have a strong work ethic. Sometimes you will need to sacrifice a weekend off or rearrange your plans in order to accommodate the clients you are working with. There are days that you will have to push yourself to the max in order to deliver the results that are expected. This is a very emotional job and it is not always easy to "leave work at work". In spite of all the challenges, I have just mentioned the bottom line is Luma is the most amazing Matchmaking Firm in the country and it is a priveledge to be on their elite team.
