Pros

Co-founder Sanford is a good guy and the firm takes care of clients. Good expertise in life sciences.

Cons

Mom and pop shop run by the mom. Agree with earlier post: be wary of their commitment to salary and position. They'll promise you one thing to get you, then change the rules once you are there = bait and switch school of leadership.

Pros

- Excellent benefits, including a generous holiday offering as well as progressive PTO, 401k matching, and a plethora of health insurance options. - The people. Everyone who is down in the weeds just gets it, and regardless of the amount of work or the level of stress, there's a real sense of camaraderie. - It may have changed by now, but there was always an opportunity to challenge yourself with new opportunities, more complex work, or to just feel out a new area of the industry. - There was always an emphasis on promoting from within.

Cons

- A very large amount of senior and seasoned employees left within a short timespan, taking years of knowledge with them. Management just seemed to shrug and hold the door for them instead of trying to understand why a mass exodus took place. - The emphasis on promoting from within is a lovely idea, but it's not necessarily based on the best candidate for the job. - The pay is rather abysmal for anyone working in general production, and anyone with a modicum of talent will recognize this and move on quickly. - Distribution of work tends to be a little lopsided, and can create situations where some employees are working overtime while others head home early. But everyone is busy, and again, it's met with a shrug. - Many of the newer additions to upper management have come in making sweeping changes without warning, causing distress among employees. Then when the new changes don't work, things are changed again. Just because. It feels like a process merry-go-round sometimes.

Pros

Very smart people, great work/life balance, open-door policy, management is very supportive and complementary, extensive amount of resources and tools help you to succeed. A high-quality product.

Cons

A genuine disapproval of upper management that has led to a recent mass exodus from the company. Completely unrealistic growth goals and lack of true industry differentiation. A very compartmentalized organization where nobody really knows what's going on. Ever changing policies and procedures.
