      Gym membership. Occasional perks. Most of the technicians are great to work with.

      Cons

      Poor management. Shady HR practices. Will make promises they will not keep. Poor pay, very little upward movement. Treats female techs very poorly.

      Support supervisor doesn't supervise, manage or defend his techs, other departments overly involved in SOPs, everyone is talking about everyone. SOPs constantly changing with no notice, your supervisor talks poorly of you all the time. Constantly.
