Pros

The office atmosphere is fun

Cons

Horrible company. There’s no base pay. They trick you to make it seem like there is. You train for a week for damn near 10 years a day and don’t get paid for it. No company cars or teams so you have to drive your car around the city and back to the office before you go home. Horrible job. Owners/top dogs are definitely ripping off 90% of the employees

Pros

LVA Group gives an opportunity to learn all the skills and habits required to be a manager. The training is very thorough and well structured, which allowes an individual to be successful straight out of training. The team and the culture is very much like a second family where everyone is always eager to provide help, support and advise. The advancement structure is very clear and simple to understand and follow which allowes you to advance quickly. Overall the team environment is great and very welcoming.

Cons

This position definitely requires a lot of effort and hard work, but it’s equally rewarding.

Reviewer, We appreciate the insight and are sorry to see that we are no longer working together. While our Management Training Program asks of more time than a typical 9-5 schedule, a 12 hour day is exaggerated. Regardless, moving into a management position in an expedited amount of time does require a greater investment of effort and commitment, and for that, there is no denying. Commission pay is a blessing for some and more difficult for others; it's all about perspective. We wish you luck in your future endeavors. Take care! Sincerely, LVA Group Management Team
