      Good company but Indian management is poor

      Pros

      LVD is a great company to work with. Lot of learning opportunities Belgium HQ Team is really knowledgeable and helpful They are serious about Indian market

      Cons

      Indian management is always unstable and MD is either fired or leaves within 1.5-2 years. Current leadership is not capable but getting undue favours despite of playing polarisation politics. NSM is a joke.

      Right now i can not see any.

      Cons

      Poor organization from the office. Employer doesnt take care about employees training. Engineers not employed in belgium are underpaid.
