      They have all gone away with the old leadership. Nothing good anymore.

      Cons

      Sucks your soul. Worst leadership I’ve ever been a part of, and I’ve seen bad leadership. The company hasn’t evolved and are too reactionary. They have no vision and have decided to become Qualtrics 2.0.

      Great team and autonomy, but messy internal processes

      The team and management are great to work with! I love the autonomy of the role and flexibility of owning my success/ KPIs/ schedule etc The actual solution solves customer problems I love working with customers

      Cons

      Internally- getting anything done is a nightmare. A lot of requests (even simple ones) have to go through multiple forms and layers of approvals. It gets really messy and impossible to manage at times Salesforce is the messiest I have seen than any company I have worked for. This makes managing customers/ contracts challenging Billing is a huge mess Internal teams can sometimes be hard to reach or work with. Some are great too Some AEs have serious ego issues and are nasty but their attitude is accepted Pay is low
