Pros
Many small gimmicks (other ways to indulge employees on non-fundamental benefits despite high budget spending).
Cons
Instead of compensating employess for strategic roles in the companies, they prefer spending a huge budget on non-essensial posts. Native employees in branch offices (SEA) are considered second-class here. Don't bother asking a raise, it is a hint of a nail compared to the ocean-wide of benefits received by "first-class" (despite their much less essential roles).
