      Nothing. Don't waste your time and find an employer that value their employees.

      Cons

      CEO & COO are clueless. They expect the world from you (expect to respond to emails 24 hrs/day, nights, weekends...etc.) . They will suck the life right out of you. No respect for their employees. They see employees as disposable. Have no concept of employee recognition. Only care about themselves and their bottom line. High employee turnover. Horrible working environment and conditions. Would give less than 1 star but can't on this platform.

      Can do what you want whilst working, commission is good

      My contract was 20 hours maximum and the company made we work for 40+ hours per week due to only having two members of staff, as the other three had quit due to sexual harassment, Do not work for this company.

      okay pay and benefits available.

      awful management long hours bad environment impossible sales goals a lot of dishonesty crazy expectations no support often understaffed The list goes on. All of the other bad reviews were right. Every week someone's either quitting or getting fired, and every one else is actively searching for other jobs. It's an absolute circus. There's also no room for upward movement. Some of the hardest working people who have been there for a year or more haven't had the opportunity to receive pay raises. Upper management is totally blind to just how poorly this company is being run. Don't do it. They make it sound really attractive, but it's not a good opportunity at all. Just a waste of time.
