Pros
They made me feel like I was part of their family as well as part of a team. We often sat around the kitchen table and ate together and laughed. The office is in an old farm house left in the area (which explains the kitchen table). They always worked around my schedule to visit my kids. I just remember laughing a lot.
Cons
Sometimes are slower than others because its kind of seasonal.
