Pros

The original company may have had good bones two years ago and the project management team is stellar

Cons

Management is a con. Multiple inconsistencies between what I was told during the recruiting phase and what occurred when I actually started the position. The amount I was told I could make was vastly different from what was actual. The rules were constantly changing at barely a moments notice. The job as described was to sell central lab services including laboratory testing. You later find out that you are not paid commission on lab testing which was not disclosed at the onset. I would never work for this company knowing what I know now. It has been a revolving door of sales people in the last year. For an extremely small sales team of 6 people, three people left and 2 were let go in the last year alone. Territories are not defined which is another gripe of the sales reps. Growing pains is an understatement. Maimed on its best day. There is zero work life balance and although you will be given loads of vacation days, you will never enjoy the time so long as you work here.

Great departments, compensation could use some work

Pros

My department and coworkers are fantastic, and so much of the reason I stay. I love these people and I enjoy the job and tasks itself.

Cons

The payyyyyy. When I first started out, it was pretty good, but absolutely does not increase in order to keep up with the economy. And not just a department specific thing, it's company wide that pay is below industry standard. Benefits are expensive for what you get, and leave something to be desired. No paid maternity leave. PTO amount is okay if it was just vacation time/PTO, except it also encompasses sick time which makes that a bit less so. But the biggest one is pay.

The remaining 6months after executive leadership shift. - Pitiful executive leadership - Horrendous HR - Zero action towards employee retention - Little to no training - Highly limited resources and budget - Awful guidance and overwhelming criticism - Poor overall management - Terrible benefits and pay - Micromanaging atmosphere - Disrespectful and sneaky firing tactics - Inflexible hours for remote roles - Very siloed environment - Poor employee communication - Severe lack of transparency on projects - Minimal project management support - Undervalued and overworked company culture Employee for 9months. Do not recommend this company at all.
