      Helpful and caring team environment. Staff are made to feel welcome and you soon realise that this is a great company.

      Fast paced and your thrown in the deep end but that's how you sort the adults from the kids.

      Diverse culture within the staff, Many different cultural backgrounds employed. Operators were treated well and looked after as they were essential to the running of the business

      Multiple managers without any clear direction from senior staff. Owner and CEO to concerned about how much money was being made.
