Pros
Training on the job is not bad, the office is functional and quiet, the people you work with are nice for the most part, some decent benefits.
Cons
Micromanagers, extremely low pay, information systems are very dated, operations are unnecessarily sluggish, expect to be reprimanded for mistakes big or small, dusty environment and a really old building with some unsafe conditions, you must earn "hybrid" status so you may work 1 or 2 days remote if you are on your best behavior for several months, some toxic in-office gossip and jealousy, older employees who are unable to make simple improvements and negatively affect your own productivity
