There's a lack of discipline on work procedures and processes throughout the company. They can't even follow a simple employee handbook of work/break schedule. It seems management lacks the ability to set a standard operation procedure adherence because they change their processes as needed to fit what they want. It's very production oriented and lack of quality even though they have won awards for quality. It's more like, "our tolerance is this" today and then "our tolerance is this" the next day. It's a moving target. I can't call it quality if you cannot consistently get it (like your awards) done every time. Upper Management is not open minded and it's very political. The top management's personality is "do as I say and not do as I do" mentality.
