1. Management is made up of Marathi's. There are very few people belonging to different regions. The management speaks only in Marathi within themselves and before others. 2. Promotions are never given to the employees who have good connection of doctors and hospitals. 3. The company prefers to hire only those people who have spouses and relatives in the field of medicine. Most of the employees are such cases. Thus, recruitment is only done through referrals. 4. Holidays are provided on the Hindu festivals especially those belonging to Maharashtra and no holidays for other beliefs. 5. HR and finance department does not give prompt reply to the employees and generally do not respond to emails and telephone calls on time. 6. The company only cares for cost cutting in incentives. 7. This company has the worst HR department which is a closed group in the company.

Cons

Lots of product lines but again lots of opportunities. They value and pay attention to individual employee job satisfaction and the company also has good work life balance and very supportive senior management.

1) Good working environment (Only in Mumbai - Thane office) 2) Good work environment, and freshers can learn a lot from company.

Cons

1) Office in Delhi - Gurgoan has worst employes. 2) Stay away from Labindia Healthcare division 3) Business Heads and Directors use a lot of company money for stupid things like dinner party with clients and air travels, cab travel, organising CME and events, even when not required, and impose cost cutting on employes unnecessarily. 4) The Labindia Healthcare director lacks technical knowledge himself and just know to criticize his sales team rather than understand the product market. 5) Labindia is worst in terms of clearing bills and other expenses on time. 6) Even after resigning from company, they do not clear DA bills which is really shocking. 7) No salary hikes, growing up in this company is impossible. 8) Do not stay in this company for too long, you will end up ruining your career
